HIGURASHI 20-13

I just began alchemizing my newest track.

It’s inspired by Cyberpunk’s HIGURASHI 20-13 SERIES MANTIS BLADES!!!

I have a habit of creating cover art prior to assigning it to a specific song… I have a whole list of worlds and personas I want to embody in my music.

The Mantis Blades are the weapon of choice for the iconic Melissa Rory that was speculated to be the focal point of the game when the trailer first dropped. She became a cyberpsycho due to the Mantis Blades poking around in her brain the wrong way and flipping a switch. She was eventually detained and rehabilitated into being a MAXTAC operative whose main job is to subdue and eliminate other cyberpsychos that wreak havoc on night city. I love her character so much and I wish cyberpunk did more with her or fleshed her out a bit more but I’m happy we at least got the little piece of lore we got for her. I will eventually cosplay her on day!
